Analyst.ai is an AI-powered data analysis platform that allows users to upload data files and receive automated analysis, insights, and visualisations. The service is provided "as is" and is currently in beta.
You may not upload data that contains personally identifiable information (PII), protected health information, payment card data, or any data subject to regulatory compliance requirements (e.g. HIPAA, PCI-DSS). You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose or to infringe the rights of others.
Uploaded data is processed by third-party AI providers and automatically deleted from our servers after 24 hours. You retain ownership of your data. By uploading data, you grant Analyst.ai a temporary licence to process it solely for the purpose of providing the service. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
The analysis and insights provided by Analyst.ai are generated by AI models and may contain errors or inaccuracies. They are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional financial, legal, or business advice. You are solely responsible for decisions made based on the output of this service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Analyst.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
